Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997 (Number 39 of 1997) 653L. Effect of appeal or judicial review Where— (a) an appeal made under section 653J, or (b) a judicial review of a determination made by a local authority under section 653E or 653H or a decision of An Bord Pleanála under section 653J, is not determined on the date that is 30 days prior to the date on which the final map is required to be published under this Chapter, the area of land to which the appeal or judicial review, as the case may be, relates shall be included on the final map.
