[ITA67 s189] It shall be lawful for the Revenue Commissioners from time to time to make such amendments of the forms of declarations, lists and statements contained in Schedules 27 and 28Schedule 28 as appear to them to be necessary to give effect to the Income Tax Actsthe Tax Acts and the Capital Gains Tax Acts.
